Save the Date: We’re about to kick off the next admissions round for the Erasmus Mundus Master’s
Programme Service Design Strategies and Innovations (SDSI)! Mark your calendars – applications will be open from November 26, 2024, to February 23, 2025 at apply.sdsi.ma/. More information here: www.sdsi.ma/admission.
Here’s why applying to SDSI could be your most impactful career move yet!
Multi-cultural class and an amazing peer-to-peer experience
Only recently in September, we’re thrilled to welcome our newest 2024/2026 class of 31 students from 22 different countries. Selected from 598 applications worldwide, this diverse group includes 20 scholarship holders and 11 self-funded students, all set to embark on a transformative journey. According to student feedback, one of the most rewarding aspects of studying at SDSI is the peer-to-peer experience. Bringing together top students from diverse backgrounds all around the world, SDSI fosters an environment where everyone has expertise in different areas. Students naturally become mentors to each other and the line between a lecturer and a student is so thin that sharing knowledge and growing together becomes the greatest benefit.
Real-Life Industry Projects
At SDSI, we don’t just do theory – we dive into real-world applications. Our second-year students are currently split between the University of Lapland in Finland and the Estonian Academy of Arts, working on innovative industry projects, such as tackling municipal housing with the City of Tallinn’s Strategic Management Office and developing team-building strategies for sustainable organizational behavior with Finnish partners. In the meantime, our Year 1 students are working on projects to enhance the residence permit application process at the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs of Latvia, as well as exploring ways to boost youth engagement in civic participation.
3rd prize out of 150 teams in the 2024 Student Service Design Challenge
We’re thrilled to celebrate a remarkable achievement: SDSI students won the 3rd place out of 150 global teams in the prestigious 2024 Student Service Design Challenge for their service concept ‘Co-Doc’, an AI patient management system designed to support family doctors by reducing their administrative burden, allowing them to spend more time with patients.
